The main components of the electric cylinder of the press:

1. Motor

Type selection: generally choose Yaskawa brand or Panasonic brand.

Now usually choose SGMGV series (medium inertia)

2. Transmission mechanism

According to the convenience of transmission, synchronous belt transmission is generally selected, and gear transmission is selected for special requirements.

Note: The gear transmission has high noise, high machining accuracy and large transmittable torque.

3. Drive mode

Usually choose the ball screw, the brand is Taiwan Shangyin HIWIN or Yintai PMI

The diameter of the screw rod is c20, c25, c32, c40, c50, the lead of c60, c80 is 5mm, 6mm, 10mm, 20mm, 50mm

4. Bearing device

Since the electric cylinder mainly bears the axial force, the ideal choice of the bearing is the plane bearing + deep groove ball bearing, followed by the angular contact ball bearing

5. Guiding device

It is mainly the guidance when the output shaft moves, and the guidance to prevent rotation.

6. Load cell

According to the required pressing force, 0.5T, 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T, 8T, 10T.

7. Limit position sensing device
