2. Working principle
The two main motors drive the flywheel, and the main screw drives the working slider to move up and down. After the start signal is input, the motor drives the working slider to accelerate down through the pinion and large gear from a static state. When the motor reaches the preset speed of striking energy requirements, Using the energy stored in the large gear to do work, the forging die workpiece is formed. After the big gear releases the energy, the motor also starts and drives the large gear to reverse while the working slider is rebounded by force, so that the working slider quickly returns.
After reaching the preset stroke position, it will automatically enter the braking state.
Since the sliding block rebounds due to the impact of the reaction force in the return stroke, the output frequency of the motor only needs about 10% to make the working block return to its original position quickly, so the return stroke loss is very small. Since the working slider is braked by the motor during the return stroke, the mechanical brake only works when the slider is close to the top dead center, and the braking material is not easy to wear and does not need to be replaced frequently.
