JH25 C Frame Double Crank Punch Press

JH25 C frame double crank power press (press machine, punching press, punching machine, mechanical power press, stamping press), capacity from 110ton to 315ton, PLC control, wet clutch, hydraulic overload protected, both mechanical and electric cam control, auto lubricated.

Bigger table better for big sheet stamping or progressive die stamping process. Light curtain, inverter, air cushion are optional.

BIGGER TABLE FOR SHEET METAL PRORESSIVE DIE STAMPING

JH25 C frame double crank punching press has a wider table which is more suitable for progressive die stamping. Double cross located crankshafts reverse rotated to eliminate each lateral force.

Pneumatic slide balance cylinder is equipped to balance the slide weight and upper die weight. Press is timing by two big gears which are oil bath in the top oil house.

C frame steel welded body has high rigidity after heat treatment and ball ballasting treatment. All the welded points are inspected by ultrasonic and top oil house is tested by oil bath to ensure no any leaking.

WET TYPE PNEUMATIC CLUTCH AND BRAKE

JH25 punching press with pneumatic wet clutch can work as continuous, inches or single stroke, more choices for operators.

Each clutch is under balance testing and temperature testing before assembling to the press. High quality friction discs ensure long service life.

No need to change them within 3 years. Special high quality Y type seal rings ensure no oil leaking.

Siemens Motor, Schneider Electric Components

The press is equipped with Siemens main motor and Schneider electric components.

Hydraulic Overload Protected Pump

The press is standard equipped with Japanese SHOWA hydraulic overload pump. Normally the system is set as 110% of the nominal capacity. The press will stop immediately once it is overload than 110% to protect both the press and the die. It is easy to reset the overload as there is a reset switch on the control panel. The system can be reset within 3 minutes.

Panasonic or Mitsubishi PLC

PLC control system can be Panasonic or Mitsubishi brand.

PLC CONTROL WITH HMI

PLC central control system makes the press easily operation and inspection. HMI has functions of system setting, I/O monitor, counter and preset counter. The operator can set the lubrication frequency by the HMI according to the working time or working stroke times.The press has both mechanical and electrical cam controllers. It is easy to set the cam angles to match the press with automatic uncoiler straightener feeder system or transfer bar system.
