JW36 straight side power press uses H frame steel welded body which is under heat 

treatment and ball ballasting treatment to release the welding stress. The body is just

 one time fixed on the CNC milling center table to machining all holes and surfaces. 

In this way, the machining precision is much higher than normal process.The slide guides

 are four angles eight surfaces type and the gap can be adjusted on both front to rear

 side and left to right side. Precision is already ensured during machining and just need 

to fine adjustment when installation or future maintenance.
