1 There are many reasons for the vibration of the hydraulic cylinder of the press. In addition to the reasons of the pump valve and system, some of its own reasons can also cause vibration, such as improper processing and assembly of parts, excessive sealing resistance, and reversing shock.

The vibration of the press can easily cause the hydraulic cylinder connecting screws to loosen, which in turn causes the cylinder head to be separated from the seam, causing the O-shape to be squeezed out and damaged, resulting in leakage. There are many ways to prevent the loosening of screws and nuts, such as using fine thread, setting spring washers, stop cushions, lock nuts, pins, top wires, etc.
3. In addition, the stress of tightening the thread is more than 50~60% larger than the yield point, which can also prevent loosening. For hydraulic cylinders with large vibration, not only should pay attention to whether the connecting threads of the cylinder and the butterfly nails are easy to loosen, but also pay attention to the loosening of the connecting threads of the piston and the moving rod.
4. When the hydraulic cylinder of the press has a large load and a high speed, it will be subjected to a large inertial force, which will cause the oil pressure to rise sharply, the cylinder barrel expands, and the force of the tightening parts to be installed suddenly increases, or even cracks. Therefore, a buffer structure is required.
