(1): The reversing valve cannot be reversed or the reversing action is slow, which is generally caused by poor lubrication, stuck or damaged springs, oil or impurities stuck on the sliding part, etc. In this regard, you should first check whether the lubricator works normally; whether the viscosity of the lubricating oil is appropriate. If necessary, replace the lubricating oil, clean the sliding part of the reversing valve, or replace the spring and reversing valve.

(2): After the reversing valve is used for a long time, the valve core sealing ring is prone to wear and the valve stem and valve seat are damaged, resulting in leakage in the valve, slow movement of the valve or failure of normal reversing. At this time, the sealing ring, valve stem and valve seat should be replaced, or the reversing valve should be replaced.

(3): If the inlet and exhaust holes of the electromagnetic pilot valve are blocked by sludge and other debris, the sealing is not strict, the movable iron core is stuck, and the circuit is faulty, etc., all of which may cause the reversing valve to fail to change direction normally. For the first three cases, the sludge and impurities on the pilot valve and the movable iron core should be cleaned. Circuit faults are generally divided into two categories: control circuit faults and electromagnetic coil faults.

How is the price of CNC bending machine affected?

However, if you are doing a lot of bottomed die forming, maybe a 150-ton machine should be considered.

Well, assuming the thicker material is 1/4 inch, 165 tons for a 10 foot free bend and at least 600 tons for a bottomed die bend. If the majority of workpieces are 5 feet or less, the tonnage is almost halved, greatly reducing the acquisition cost. Part length is very important in sizing new machines. That said, shorter machines require less shim adjustment to produce acceptable parts. Reduced shim adjustment in turn reduces setup time. Material grade is also a key factor. Compared to mild steel, stainless steel typically requires around 50% more load, while most grades of soft aluminium require around 50% less.

You can always get a machine tonnage table from the press brake manufacturer that shows an estimate of the tonnage required per foot of length for different thicknesses and materials. When the bending radius of the part adopts free bending, the bending radius is 0.156 times the opening distance of the die.
