As long as the hydraulic system of the hydraulic press allows, the height of the oil level in the oil tank is higher than the oil suction port of the oil pump, and the end of the oil return pipe of the hydraulic system is always below the oil level, so as to avoid the generation of air bubbles.

3. Regularly check and clean the oil filter of the hydraulic press equipment to prevent the oil filter from being blocked. Otherwise, air will easily enter the oil pump, which may cause hydraulic cavitation.





4. A large amount of air bubbles in the hydraulic oil tank should be removed immediately. When there is a large amount of air in the oil, the pipe joint at the outlet of the plunger pump can be loosened to discharge the air in the oil pump. The speed adjustment is required when the hydraulic oil cylinder is installed, and the speed adjustment should be carried out according to the circuit, which mainly refers to the hydraulic system that drives a mechanical mechanism. When debugging a circuit, the other circuits should be closed, that is, the oil is not smooth.
