straight side two points eccentric gear press has bigger energy.longer stroke length and bigger shut height than general crank press. Eccentric gear drive press is suitable for metal sheet drawing.extrusion, and bending. Several eccentric gear two points presses act as an automatic stamping line for auto parts production. I536 H rame two points gear press has tonnage range from 250ton to 2000ton. Table size, shut height and stroke length are all customizable.
JS36 two points gear press is widely used for auto parts stamping, such as the engine hood, door, roof etc. The automatic press line includes one unit 1250t press, 3 units 800t presses.Bigger line has a 1600t gear press or hydraulic press in the head. Smaller line includes 800ton, 630ton. 630ton and 400ton press
1. Main motor drive system ensures the slide nominal capacity at the force points.

3. Flywheel is mounted on the support bush in the press body. Flywheel drive shaft only transfers the working torque without the bending load caused by flywheel self-weight.
1. Clutch and brake use imported famous brand safety solenoid valve with abnormal monitor function.
2. Both mechanical and electric cam controllers are adopted. With anti-repeat stroke function at single stroke working mode。
3. Main drive system uses V belt. Upper drive, transmission gears counterrotating, with guide bushes and poles
