1. The press adopts an integral floor-standing C-shaped open structure, which has a convenient operation space. The fuselage is made of Q235 high-quality carbon structural steel plate by stress-removing welding. The welding adopts C20 protection welding. After welding, the fuselage is tempered as a whole, and the hardness reaches HRC: 30-35, making it high-strength and rigid. After tempering, the surface is shot blasted, polished, and painted with anti-rust primer, and then sprayed with high-gloss automotive topcoat. The body boring is processed by a large-scale precision CNC boring machine as a whole. The flatness, verticality and coaxiality of the processing meet the national inspection. Accuracy standard.

2. The four-axis high-precision linear bearing of the press is positioned for vertical movement. The indenter is fixed by four guide columns. The guide columns are processed with Cr15 high-quality round steel. The surface is subjected to intermediate frequency vacuum quenching, grinding and hard chrome plating. The hardness reaches HRC : 30-35, can achieve the effect of tensile and friction resistance
