Press function description:

1: The working mode of the equipment has automatic and manual control modes. In the manual mode, the press can perform jog adjustment work for debugging the mold and pressure test; in the automatic mode, the product can be processed semi-automatically.

2: The working modes of the press include pressure mode, position mode, and pressure-position hybrid mode.

Pressure mode, in this mode, when running automatically, the upper die is pressed down according to the given pressure value. Position mode, in this mode, when running automatically, the upper die presses the given pressing position and presses down with the maximum pressure value. When it is pressed down to the set position, the positioning pressure is maintained, and the pressure holding time is up.

Mixed mode of pressure and position: the upper template runs in position mode, the pressure sensor tracks in real time, when the pressure reaches the upper limit or the pressure is lower than the lower limit after the product is pressed, the alarm output is recorded as a failure and saved, and the pressure position curve is saved and output.
