What are the reasons for the unstable flow of the bearing press? Generally speaking, the main reasons for the unstable flow of the bearing press are the blockage of the orifice or the loosening of the locking device, excessive oil temperature or load pressure. Change causes instability, but what else?
1. Due to the vibration of the bearing press or other reasons, after the throttle valve is adjusted and locked, the locking bolts are loose, and the adjusting rod is also loose on the support sleeve, which changes the opening of the throttle valve and causes the flow change.
2. The throttle valve spool of the bearing press machine adopts gap sealing, and there must be leakage. Due to wear, the matching gap increases, and the leakage also increases, especially when the flow is small, which directly affects the stability of the flow.
3. The oil of the bearing press machine has not been filtered, and the impurities in it will accumulate and adhere on the pipe wall of the throttling channel, which will reduce the flow area and the speed of the actuator will also slow down. Once impurities or dirt are washed away, it can also cause a sudden jump.
4. When the pressure oil passes through the throttling gap, there will be a pressure loss, which will cause the oil temperature of the intelligent press-fitting to increase locally, the oil will be oxidized and deteriorated, and debris such as colloid, carbon residue or asphalt will be precipitated at the throttling port. The orifice is attached to the pipe wall, reducing the flow area and even blocking the effective fluid path.
