The boom bolt and butterfly spring type connection mechanism is composed of upper and lower pins, left and right boom bolts, nuts and butterfly springs; the upper pin is installed in the pin hole of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder; the lower pin is installed in the upper tool holder The upper and lower ends of the left and right suspender bolts respectively pass through the corresponding through holes at both ends of the upper and lower pin shafts, and are fixed by nuts and butterfly springs.


Since the diameter of the left and right hanger bolts between the upper and lower pin shafts is smaller than the diameter of the corresponding through holes at both ends of the upper and lower pin shafts, when the hydraulic cylinder piston rod goes down for shearing, the upper pin shaft can move in the direction of the left and right hanger rod bolts. Slide down until the end of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is in contact with the upper tool rest, so it can meet the requirements of direct transmission of shearing force.


The fixed center distance connecting plate type connecting mechanism is composed of upper and lower pins, left and right fixed center distance connecting plates and elastic retaining rings; the upper pin is installed in the pin hole of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder; the lower pin is installed in the pin of the upper tool holder The upper and lower holes of the left and right fixed center distance connecting plates are respectively installed at both ends of the upper and lower pin shafts, and are axially positioned by elastic retaining rings.


Since the center distance of the left and right connecting plates is equal, the upper and lower pin shafts are always kept parallel, and the pin shaft can smoothly slide in the pin shaft hole when the blade clearance is adjusted, so it can meet the requirements of blade clearance adjustment.


The above two connection mechanisms have the following problems in practical work.


(1) The adjustment of the blade clearance by the hanger bolt and the butterfly spring type connection mechanism is realized by the deformation of the butterfly spring, and the hanger bolt is always in a stressed state. Adjusting the blade gap is to move the upper tool holder left and right to change the distance between it and the fixed lower tool holder. During adjustment, the pin shaft is required to slide smoothly in the pin shaft hole to facilitate adjustment. Due to the elastic force of the butterfly spring, the pin shaft It is difficult to slide smoothly in the pin shaft hole, so when adjusting the blade gap, it is often realized by the deformation of the butterfly spring, so that the boom bolt is always under stress.


(2) The assembly and adjustment efficiency of the hanger bolt and butterfly spring connection mechanism is low. During assembly and adjustment, the height and pre-tightening force of the left and right boom bolts are required to be consistent, which is difficult to grasp in actual work, resulting in low assembly and adjustment efficiency.


(3) When adjusting the shear angle of the two connecting mechanisms, the boom bolt or the connecting plate will be inclined, which will affect the stress state of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. Adjusting the shearing angle is to change the angle of the upper tool rest. During adjustment, the two pin holes on the upper tool rest will change from the original horizontal state to the inclined state, causing the boom bolt or connecting plate to incline inwardly, and the hydraulic cylinder piston will be inclined inward. The rod will be affected by lateral forces and affect its service life.


(4) The connection method of fixed center distance connecting plate cannot guarantee the direct transmission of shear force. When the connecting plate is in a vertical hanging state, the shear force will be transmitted to the pin shaft through the connecting plate, which will cause damage and cause an accident.
