The main structure and working principle of single-column hydraulic gear pump
CB-B gear pump is a self-designed product in China. The rated flow is 2.5~125L/min, and the rated working pressure is 2.5MPa. Its structure is mainly that a pair of gears with the same number of teeth but meshing with each other are installed in the pump body, and are driven by the long shaft to rotate. The needle roller bearings are installed in the rear cover and the front cover respectively, and the small hole is an oil drain hole, so that the oil leaked from the axial gap flows back to the oil suction chamber through the central small hole and channel of the driven gear. Unloading grooves are milled on both ends of the pump body, so that the oil leaking from the side flows back to the suction chamber through the unloading grooves. In this way, the pressure of the leaking oil between the pump body and the joint surfaces of the front and rear end covers can be reduced, so as to reduce the tensile force on the screws.
The main structure and working principle of the gear pump, introduced by WORLD Press Machine, its working process is that when the gear rotates, the volume of the suction cavity space changes from small to large, thus forming a vacuum, and the oil is sucked in. And the volume of the oil pressure chamber space (where the gear teeth enter the mesh) changes from large to small, and the oil is discharged into the oil circuit. If the direction of rotation of the gear is reversed, the positions of the original oil suction chamber and the oil pressure chamber are exchanged. Therefore, when the gear pump is used in a certain hydraulic system, if no special measures are taken on the pipeline, when the motor is reversed, the gear pump cannot suck up the oil.
