1. The main reasons for the contamination of hydraulic oil are as follows:

①The molding sand, chips, abrasives, welding slag, rust flakes, dust and other dirt in the pipelines and hydraulic components of the hydraulic system are not cleaned when the system is flushed before use. When the hydraulic system is working, these dirts enter the hydraulic oil. .





②External dust, sand, etc., will enter the hydraulic oil through the reciprocating and retractable piston rod during the working process of the hydraulic system, and the leakage oil that flows back to the oil tank. In addition, during maintenance, if you are not careful, dust, lint, etc. will enter the hydraulic oil.





③ The hydraulic system itself also continuously generates dirt, which directly enters the hydraulic oil, such as wear particles of metal and sealing materials, particles or fibers falling off from filter materials, and jelly generated by oxidation and deterioration of oil due to the increase of oil temperature, etc. .












2. Harm of oil pollution When the hydraulic oil pollution is serious, it directly affects the working performance of the hydraulic system, causing the hydraulic system to fail frequently and shortening the life of the hydraulic components. The main cause of these hazards is the particles in the dirt.

For hydraulic components, the entry of these solid particles into the components will increase the wear of the sliding parts of the components, and may block the throttle holes and damping holes in the hydraulic components, or cause the spool to be stuck, resulting in the failure of the hydraulic system. Fault.

The mixing of water and air reduces the lubricating ability of the hydraulic oil and accelerates its oxidation and deterioration, resulting in cavitation, accelerated corrosion of hydraulic components, and vibration and crawling of the hydraulic system.



3. Measures to prevent pollution There are many and complex reasons for the pollution of hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic oil itself is constantly producing dirt, so it is very difficult to completely solve the pollution problem of hydraulic oil.

In order to prolong the life of hydraulic components and ensure the reliable operation of the hydraulic system, it is a more practical method to control the pollution degree of hydraulic oil within a certain limit.

The pollution control of hydraulic oil mainly starts from two aspects: one is to prevent contaminants from invading the hydraulic system; the other is to remove the contaminants that have invaded from the system.
