3. Pay attention to distinguish between the oil inlet and the oil outlet. Usually, the oil inlet is large and the oil outlet is small. Do not turn it upside down. When it is verified that the YB-E high-pressure vane pump turns in the direction of the arrow on the sign, the motor can be started, and the pump can be officially started after the oil is discharged normally.

4. The oil suction height of the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic press is generally not more than 500mm, and the suction pressure of the pump is between 0.02 and 0.025MPa. The larger the displacement of the high-pressure vane pump, the higher the suction pressure.

5. The oil inlet of the high-pressure vane pump, the pipe joints to the entire oil suction pipeline and the accessories above the oil level of the oil tank must be strictly sealed, and no air leakage shall be allowed in any part, otherwise a large amount of foam will be generated in the oil tank, and the air suction will also make the oil pump Cavitation is generated, causing oil pump noise, damage and vibration of the hydraulic system.

6. In order to prevent the high-pressure vane pump of the hydraulic press from sucking in debris and reduce wear and tear, the oil inlet of the high-pressure vane pump should be equipped with a 100-180um oil filter, and its filtration capacity should not be less than three times the pump flow. An oil filter with a precision of 30-50um is installed at the oil port of the pipeline to ensure the cleanliness of the oil, improve the stability of the hydraulic system and the working life of the hydraulic components.

In order to ensure the performance of the high-pressure vane pump of the hydraulic press and prolong the service life, the hydraulic system should use anti-wear hydraulic oil. It is recommended to choose N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. The long-term working oil temperature should be in the range of 10℃～60℃.
