1. The tester must first understand the principle, structure and performance of the machine, and test the machine according to the instruction manual.
2. After turning on the power, start the motor and observe whether the rotation direction is correct.
3. Start the motor, test the machine with no load, press the button and slide the beam to make a full stroke of up and down several times (no more than 300 mm each time) to discharge the air in the system.
4. The load test machine should be increased step by step. Before the pressure test, the handwheel of the relief valve should be loosened counterclockwise, and then between the machine base and the sliding beam, the positive area should be 400 × 400 mm, and the height should be greater than or equal to 300 mm, the two sides should be parallel, and there should be enough metal anvil to withstand pressure. After normal operation, the pressure will gradually increase. After each pressure maintenance, check whether there is any looseness in each connection part, and wait for the machine to be adjusted properly before it can be put into production.
Precautions:
1. Electrical appliances should be grounded.
2. The machine is not allowed to correct the mold during operation.
3. The minimum area of the mold during the operation of the machine shall not be less than 400 × 400 mm. For the small area of the mold, the upper and lower sides of the mold are cushioned with sufficient pressure area, and the height should be higher than the minimum size between the press base and the sliding beam. spacing.
4. The oil is 46~68# mechanical oil, and it is used after being filtered by 80~100 mesh copper wire. The first oil change time should not exceed two months, and the oil should be changed every six months after that.
5. The press must not be overloaded, and the liquid pressure is 31.5mpa
6. If any abnormality is found in the test machine and production, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
7. The pressure is maintained for 10 minutes, and the pressure drop is allowed to be 2.5mpa8. When working, the eccentricity of the workpiece placement position is not more than 20mm.
