2. To start, move, fix and other actions. It is necessary to pay attention to whether the various parts of the equipment are properly adjusted. When installing the equipment, the equipment should be grounded to prevent the danger of electric shock.

3. When the press is operating, do not touch the linkage parts of the equipment, and the operator needs to stand in front of the equipment.

4. When the press needs to replace the mold and tooling, the power must be turned off.

5. When the press stops operating the equipment, please clean up the sundries in the workplace, pay attention to the maintenance of the equipment, and regularly lubricate and maintain the equipment (the maintenance period depends on the frequency of use, and the general period is 3 months) .

6. In order to prolong the service life of the equipment, please use it reasonably, and do not increase the pressure of the machine tool beyond the marked pressure value.

7. The factory should formulate safety operation rules for the workshop according to the standards and in combination with the specific situation of the enterprise. Workers must strictly abide by the safety operation rules formulated by the factory.

8. When the press mold is installed and adjusted, the machine tool is repaired, and when the machine needs to be shut down to eliminate various faults, a warning sign must be hung next to the machine tool start switch, and the tone and font of the warning sign must be eye-catching and easy to see. Someone must supervise the switch if necessary.

9. The machine tool must be regularly inspected by special inspectors, and maintenance or cleaning work cannot be carried out while the machine tool is running. When the safety protection device is removed, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.
