1. The operator of the hydraulic press should be familiar with the principle of the hydraulic system, be familiar with the function of the main hydraulic components of the equipment, and master the operating sequence of the system.

2. Before starting the equipment, check whether all motion mechanisms and solenoid valves are in the original state, and check the oil level of the fuel tank. If abnormal or insufficient oil is found, it is forbidden to start the hydraulic pump motor, and maintenance personnel should be asked for maintenance.

3. The operator should always check the working condition of the hydraulic system, observe the working pressure and speed, check the size of the workpiece and the wear of the props, so as to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the hydraulic system.

4. In winter, when the oil temperature of the fuel tank does not reach 25 ℃, the actuators cannot start to work in sequence, but only the hydraulic pump motor can be started to make the hydraulic pump run empty. During the summer work, when the oil temperature in the fuel tank is higher than 60℃, pay attention to observe the working condition of the hydraulic system, and notify the maintenance personnel to deal with it

5. The operator cannot damage the interlocking device of the electrical system, push the electric control valve by hand, and cannot damage or arbitrarily move the position of each operating gear.

6. The hydraulic machine equipment that has been shut down for more than 4 hours should start the hydraulic pump motor for 5-10 minutes before starting to work before it can work under pressure.

7. When the hydraulic system fails, the operator cannot tamper without permission, and should immediately report to the maintenance department.

8. Hydraulic equipment should be kept clean frequently to prevent dust, cutting fluid for cutting, cutting, cotton yarn and other debris from entering the fuel tank
