1. Preparation before starting
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the liquid level of the hydraulic oil station is appropriate on the surface of the four columns of the hydraulic press (between the lowest and highest positions of the observation window).
2. Turn on the heating switch of the abrasive tool, and start the machine only after the temperature displayed by the meter rises to the process value.
2. Start
First, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, press the 'motor start' button, the motor starts, and the hydraulic pump is in a state of no-load cycle.
3. Automatic operation
1. The 'Working state selection' switch is placed in the semi-automatic state. At this time, the equipment is in the automatic mode, and the production process generally uses the automatic mode.
2. The raw materials are evenly added into the cavity of the fixed mold according to the process value.
3. Press the 'two-hand operation' button with both hands at the same time, the slider will go down quickly, after reaching the set limit, the slider will go down slowly, and the upper and lower abrasives will be closed to maintain pressure.
4. After the set time is reached, the slider returns to relieve pressure and exhaust, and after the compressor reaches the highest position, take out the product.
4. Manual operation
1. The 'Working state selection' switch is placed in the manual state. At this point, the device is in manual mode.
2. The raw materials are evenly added into the mold cavity according to the process value.
3. Press the 'two-hand operation' button with both hands at the same time, the slider will go down quickly, after reaching the set limit, the slider will go down slowly, and the upper and lower abrasives will be closed to maintain pressure.
4. After the set time is reached, press the mold opening button, and the slider will return to relieve pressure and exhaust, and wait for the press to reach the highest position. Press the 'top cylinder ejection' button, the top cylinder is activated, the product is ejected, and the upper limit display light is on. After taking out the pressed product, press the 'top cylinder return' button to return the top cylinder until the lower limit display light is on, the whole set of actions Finish.
5. Stop
1. Before shutting down, the slider must be lowered to close with the rigid abrasive, press the 'motor stop' button to turn off the oil pump, and turn off the power switch.
6. Maintenance
1. Anti-wear hydraulic oil is used as the working oil, and the ambient temperature is within the range of 15℃~40℃;
2. The oil should be strictly filtered before it can be added to the fuel tank;
3. The working oil should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months;
4. The slider should be filled with lubricating oil frequently, the exposed surface of the column and plunger should be kept clean frequently, and the oil should be sprayed before each work;
5. The maximum allowable eccentricity of the concentrated load is 24mm under the nominal pressure of 100T. If the eccentricity is too large, it is easy to pull up the column or cause other undesirable phenomena;
6. Check the pressure gauge every six months;
7. If the machine is not used for a long time, the machined surfaces should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.
7. Safety operating procedures
1. Those who do not understand the structural performance or operating procedures of the machine should not start the machine without authorization;
2. During the working process of the machine, the overhaul and adjustment of the mold should not be carried out; the human body is prohibited from entering the working area;
3. When the machine finds serious oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable action, loud noise, vibration, etc.), it should stop to analyze the cause, try to eliminate it, and not put into production with illness;
4. Do not use overload or exceed the maximum eccentric distance;
5. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider;
6. The grounding of electrical equipment must be firm and reliable.
