How the hydraulic system works
When the traditional hydraulic system needs to control the pressure and flow at the same time, either a proportional valve (valve) is used to cooperate with a quantitative pump system, or a proportional plunger pump system is used, but the motors used are all fixed-speed motors, and the corresponding speed is low (generally in 150ms), the overflow loss is serious and the energy consumption is large, which is not in line with the development direction of the modern industry.
The hydraulic system is composed of a quantitative pump and a motor. The pump controller automatically adjusts the speed of the motor according to the feedback signals from the pressure sensor and the speed sensor to achieve the pressure and flow required by the hydraulic system. The system is fully closed-loop controlled, without overflow loss, and saves energy. The effect is obvious. Due to the small inertia of the motor, the response is fast (the flow from zero to the maximum output flow is generally about 100ms). The control accuracy is high, the pressure flow control accuracy is generally less than ±0.5%, and the repeatability is generally less than ±0.5%.
