There are several parameters of the press machine that need to be confirmed before the correct model selection:

(2) Opening height: it is the height from the working table when the indenter is at the top dead center; there is also a mold opening height, that is, the top dead center of the press; there are also those that use the closed height and the stroke together to determine the opening height of the press. The closing height is the bottom dead center of the press, plus the stroke is the opening height; for a unified understanding, we call it the opening height;

(3) Pressing stroke: the distance that the indenter moves from the top dead center to the bottom dead center (because the full stroke of the press machine can be used for full-scale press-fitting, there is no empty stroke without additional force, so in order to improve work efficiency , it is not necessary to enlarge the stroke too much);

(4) The empty size of the work surface: it is appropriate to install the mold and place the workpiece conveniently;

(5) Mold installation mode: fixed mode at the upper and lower ends (generally, the upper end uses a mold handle, and the lower table is opened in a T-slot mode for installation).
