1. 2. When the press is running, as a trigger signal for equipment startup, in order to be suitable for different production needs, the startup modes are divided into the following types:

(1) Two-hand trigger start, in the working environment with grating protection installed, set the electronic press to two-hand trigger start mode, press the start button with both hands at the same time within 1 second, the electronic press automatically starts and completes a working cycle .

(2) Continue to start with both hands. In the working environment without additional grating protection, set the electronic press to the continuous start mode of both hands, press the start button with both hands at the same time within 1 second and press and hold the button until a working cycle is completed, If any button is released during the press-fitting process, the electronic pressure stops at the current position and an alarm is issued.

(3) The single-cycle press-fitting mode of the press adopts the A and B start-up modes, and each time the equipment is started to complete a working cycle, this mode is suitable for the press-fitting connection of parts.

(4) Reciprocating cycle test mode, use this mode to turn off the B start mode function. In this mode, press the left button to start the device to start reciprocating to complete the same press-fitting procedure, and press the right button to complete the cycle press-fitting operation. This mode is applicable in product fatigue test.

3. In pressure calibration mode, press the left button to jog the pressure head downward, and press the right button to jog upward.

Emergency stop: It is used as an emergency stop in any state. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button, the equipment will be in a suspended state, and the equipment cannot enter the next action. Only by manually rotating the button counterclockwise can it be normal after the button is released. run.
