Basic operation method:

2. Stroke adjustment, the use of the bus bending machine must pay attention to the adjustment of the stroke, and be sure to test the car before bending. When the upper die of the bending machine goes down to the end, a gap of plate thickness must be guaranteed. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the mold and the machine. The adjustment of the stroke also has electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment.

3. Bending notch selection, generally choose a notch with a width of 6-8 times the thickness of the plate. If bending 4mm sheet, you need to choose a notch of about 24 or 32.

4. There are generally two types of back gauge adjustment: electric quick adjustment and manual fine-tuning. When adjusting, the stop finger should be adjusted to the upper surface of the lower die to prevent damage to the equipment. No one is allowed to stand near the back gauge, and the back gauge protective door must be Close it.

5. Step on the foot switch to start bending. The bending machine is different from the shearing machine.

Notes on installation:

1. The center of gravity of the whole machine is relatively high, and the front is heavy and the back is light. Therefore, attention must be paid to the position of the center of gravity during the lifting, handling and installation process to avoid the accident of turning over the machine. When lifting, the angle of the lifting wire should be as small as possible to ensure the machine Precision remains unchanged.

2. The left and right uprights of the equipment are located at the work table as the benchmark for measurement level, and the vertical and horizontal directions should be less than or equal to 1000:0.2. Prepare the foundation in advance according to the foundation map, install the bending machine on the foundation, and install the feet at the same time. Bolts, grouting, and after the cement is completely solidified, tighten the bolts and check the level.

3. Stroke adjustment, the use of the bending machine must pay attention to the adjustment of the stroke, and the test drive must be carried out before bending; when the upper die of the bending machine goes down to the end, there must be a gap of plate thickness; otherwise, it will cause damage to the die and the machine. The adjustment of the stroke also has electric quick adjustment and manual gastric adjustment.

4. For the selection of the bending notch, generally choose a notch with a width of 8 times the thickness of the plate; such as bending a 4mm sheet, you need to choose a notch of about 32.

5. The rear gauge adjustment generally has electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment, the method is the same as that of the shearing machine.

6. Press the foot switch to start bending. The bending machine is different from the shearing machine. It can be released at any time. When the foot is released, the bending machine stops and continues to descend.
